we read everything that comes in. we are a small team, so replies can be slower than a support desk with a queue — if something is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
to help you fastest, it helps to include:

- which device and version of the app you are on.
- what you expected, and what happened instead.
- a screenshot, if there is one.

please email us directly and say so in the first line. we will treat it as a priority and we will not ask you to prove anything before we look at it.
